Try it out: Smart AI Speech Therapy Assistant (Test Prototype)
The primary objective of the AI4Care project was to empower caregivers and professionals working with people with special needs to effectively utilize artificial intelligence in their daily practice. This interactive speech therapy prototype was developed as a direct, hands-on result of this process, aiming to tangibly demonstrate the exceptional capabilities of modern AI technology and its immediate applicability in enhancing social inclusion and rehabilitation. The system supports bilingual functionality (Slovenian and Croatian) and provides professional analysis for therapists or playful, engaging feedback for children.
Statement of Transparency and AI Co-Creation: This application was developed through an open and transparent collaboration between the IPAK Institute and the advanced AI model Google Gemini. By publicly releasing this prototype, we proudly advocate for the ethical use and open communication regarding the integration of artificial intelligence into social care and support processes, where technology serves as a reliable assistant to human expertise.
